Mrs. Judy Popple is the co-owner of JPAssociates, Inc.. She graduated from Forty Fort High School and Wilkes College, both in Pennsylvania. Immediately after graduating from Wilkes College she served as Special Assistant to the Director of Fire and Safety at Merck & Company, Rahway, N.J. Subsequently she worked as the Administrative Assistant to the Regional Vice President at Montgomery Ward Regional Offices in New York City and then as the Special Assistant to the Laboratory Director at Dreyfus & Co. As she and Joe began their family, she took a hiatus from the work force for the next 20 years to completely devote her time to being a full-time wife and mother to her two daughters.
In 1980 Mrs. Popple established Personalized Business Services, Inc., which was a specialized service company with a mission to support individuals and businesses in managing their financial matters. Services ranged from budget development, cash management, tax readiness and supplemental services tailored to the needs of the individual client. In 1990, she expanded her operations to include support of the consulting start-up effort, which resulted in the formation of J.P. Associates, Inc. (JPA) in 1995.
After 25 years of successful operation, she stopped serving individual PBS clients in order to devote her services full time to the position of co-owner, Corporate Secretary/Treasurer & Chief Financial Officer of J.P. Associates, Inc. She has fulfilled these responsibilities since the incorporation of JPA.
